About Jigger
Jigger is India's first ready-to-serve shots brand. We make premium shots inspired by Nostalgic Indian flavours like Meetha Paan, Coffee Toffee, Litchi Rose and Spiced Tamarind.
We're currently expanding across North India and are looking for an experienced sales professional to lead our off-trade business in Haryana.
What you'll own
• Drive primary and secondary sales across Haryana.
• Build and manage relationships with distributors, L1 contractors and key retail accounts.
• Ensure product availability, visibility and execution across liquor stores.
• Recruit, train and manage promoters.
• Identify new retail opportunities and grow distribution across the state.
• Work with marketing to execute retail activations and trade promotions.
• Coordinate with internal teams on excise and regulatory requirements wherever required.
• Track sales, market feedback and competitor activity, and recommend actions to improve growth.
We're looking for someone who
• Has 5+ years of experience in IMFL or alcoholic beverages sales.
• Has an existing network across distributors, L1 contractors and retail in Haryana.
• Has managed off-trade sales and built markets for premium brands.
• Can independently drive distributor performance and retail execution.
• Is comfortable working in a fast-growing company with high ownership.
• Is willing to travel extensively across Haryana.
