• You can lead business negotiations in Hindi/English, and you enjoy building win-win relationships with customers.
• You like to create and develop long-term relationships based on excellent service.
• You know how to listen and explain, but also convince with clear and understandable arguments.
• You understand the project business and can build relationships not only with our partners but also with the needs of the clients.
• Finding new opportunities and working with investors, architects, and general contractors to find a satisfactory technical solution and closing these opportunities is easy for you.
• You would like to be part of the design strategies and activities for the development of business in India – glass partitions, and movable walls.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Experience - knowledge and experience in sales of a construction business for at least 3 years, in Mumbai and its surroundings, is must have (preferably experience in the glass partitions/movable walls market or in other closely related industries such as the supply of construction/furniture products for office buildings).
• English - fluency in English because you'll have to communicate with the management in the Czech Republic.
• Flexibility - you don't mind traveling, you take it as part of the job and you know you couldn't do without it.
• Network - you are not a beginner in the business, you already have a network of contacts and you know exactly, where your first steps would be after starting cooperation with us.
• Technical background - we are looking for someone who is very technically proficient, with business experience, who can negotiate and lead business meetings, who is systematic at his work, and who has the ability to negotiate terms and find a compromise.
• Proactivity - we need a hands-on person who is communicative and tries to push things forward with his/her energy and proactive approach.
