What you’ll do

Objective (Purpose of the Job)


To drive sales and disbursements for Prime LAP (Loan Against Property 50 Lakh to 2 Cr ) through DSA and connector channels across 34 assigned cities, ensuring business growth, compliance, and team productivity.


Key Responsibilities

Team Management:
Lead a team of 35 Sales Managers; mentor, guide, and review their performance regularly.
Ensure team adherence to monthly business and productivity targets.
Channel Development:
Manage and expand the DSA & connector network to maximize market coverage and loan disbursals.
Conduct regular engagement and training sessions for partners.
Business Delivery:
Drive sales of secured Near LAP products (50 Lakh to 2 cr ticket size).
Ensure lead conversion, TAT adherence, and file quality.
Work closely with credit, operations, and legal teams for seamless end-to-end processing.
Market Penetration:
Identify new business opportunities and geographies within assigned cities.
Benchmark competition and share actionable insights for product and process improvement.
Compliance & Process:
Ensure all sourcing and documentation is in line with internal policy and regulatory norms.
Maintain robust MIS and dashboards to track performance, pipeline, and aging.
Business Delivery:
