Job Title: Area Sales Franchisee Executive
Location: Mumbai
Industry: Jewellery / Fashion Retail
Experience Required: 2–4 Years
Job Summary:
The Area Sales Franchisee Executive will support franchise operations, drive sales performance, and ensure smooth coordination between the company and franchise stores. This role focuses on execution, relationship management, and achieving regional sales targets within the jewellery/fashion segment.
Key Responsibilities:1. Franchisee Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned franchise stores
Support franchise partners in day-to-day operations
Ensure adherence to brand standards and guidelines
2. Sales Execution
Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
Track store-wise performance and highlight gaps
Support implementation of sales initiatives and promotions
3. Store Operations Support
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained
Assist in store launches and promotional activities
4. Market & Competition Tracking
Gather market intelligence on competitors and customer trends
Share insights to improve sales strategies
5. Training & Support
Assist in training store staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
Support onboarding of new franchise stores
6. Reporting & MIS
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
Maintain records of store performance and key metrics
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2–4 years of experience in retail/franchise sales (jewellery or fashion preferred)
Basic understanding of retail operations
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel within Mumbai and nearby regions
Preferred Skills:
Experience in multi-store retail environment
Strong coordination and organizational skills
Basic analytical ability (Excel, reporting)
