Job Overview
Turtle Medical Technologies & Molto Bello is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead sales operations, drive business growth, and manage sales performance across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in team management, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead the sales team within the assigned territory.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Monitor daily sales activities and ensure target achievement.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, aesthetic clinics, salons, spas, distributors, and key customers.
Conduct regular market visits and support the sales team during client meetings.
Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate Sales Executives.
Review team performance and provide regular coaching.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Ensure timely order processing, installations, payment collection, and customer support.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth business operations.
Represent the company at exhibitions, workshops, conferences, and promotional events.
Travel regularly across the assigned territory.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate required; MBA is preferred.
4–8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Medical Devices, Aesthetic Industry, Beauty Equipment, Healthcare, or Pharmaceuticals.
Minimum 2 years of experience managing a sales team.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent team management and problem-solving abilities.
Target-oriented with proven sales achievements.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Email, WhatsApp, and CRM software.
Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.
Willing to travel extensively across Delhi NCR.
