Job Description
We are hiring a Sales Executive to promote our epoxy flooring and waterproofing work You will handle lead generation, client visits, technical presentations, quotation follow-up, and closing deals.
Generate new leads in industrial and commercial segments.
Visit client sites, understand flooring and ventilation requirements, and suggest suitable solutions.
Prepare quotations, follow up, and close orders.
Coordinate with the technical/project team for smooth execution.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in B2B/industrial sales (flooring, construction materials, or similar preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with field work and client visits.
Basic technical understanding of epoxy flooring will be an advantage.
