Area Head

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of front-line sales representatives in promoting and selling life insurance policies directly to clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of front-line sales representatives to achieve assigned sales targets and expand the customer base.

• Provide the sales team with the necessary tools, training, and ongoing support to ensure success.
• Monitor individual and team performance, deliver constructive feedback, and coach for skill development.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
• Stay informed about industry trends, insurance products, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with departments such as marketing and operations to align sales efforts with business goals.
• Analyze sales data and market insights to identify opportunities, improve efficiency, and optimize overall performance.
Candidate Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in managing sales teams with proven success in sales, preferably in the life insurance or financial services sector.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
• Sales Acumen: Strong skills in selling, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
