Job Responsibilities:
• The person for the role will be responsible of sales & business development in the West region, through a set of channel partners.
• Person will be collaborating closely with Division-End-User team to get end-customer perspective, and drive channel Sales reps for new Business generation and help the channel to optimize their sales cycle.
• Review Channel partners on weekly/Monthly Frequency for their set of activities & align support to them from 3M Side for better results,
• Provide channel partners, new leads to qualify for new business generation,
• Ensure channel is paying as per payment terms & managing inventory well.
Job Requirements
• Minimum experience of 12 to 15 years in Channel sales / Industrial Sales
• BE / MBA is preferred
