Your Role:
As an architectural designer 1, you will embark on a journey of exploration and growth, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to the design of exceptional architectural spaces. You'll play a vital role in the conception and realization of projects, collaborating across all stages of the design process.
What You Will Do (Role Tasks):
• Conceptualization and Design Development:
Engage in the conceptualization and development of architectural and interior designs that reflect the studio’s ethos, project objectives, and client aspirations.
• Graphic Presentations:
Create compelling graphic presentations, including 3D renderings, plans, elevations, and visual materials, to effectively communicate architectural concepts, social
• Project Support:
Assist in providing support to the design team throughout all project phases, contributing to the successful execution of design concepts on-site.
• Collaboration:
Foster collaboration with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and successful project outcomes.
• Marketing Content creation:
Work across social media platforms to create meaningful content.
Performance Metrics:
• Familiarity with Ai based rendering and conceptualisation platforms like ReRender, ProMe, Midjourney is mandatory.
• Architectural Design Concepts:
Familiarity with architectural design principles, including spatial planning, building materials, and finishes.
• Creativity and Innovation:
Demonstrate creativity and innovative thinking through design solutions, showcasing a passion for architectural excellence.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving:
Develop analytical skills to assess and resolve design challenges effectively.
• Basic Knowledge of Materials, Hardware, Finishes, Furnishing, Brands, and Vendors:
Develop a foundational understanding of architectural materials and vendors in the industry.
• Communication:
Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders through written and verbal communication.
• Basic Hand Sketching:
Utilize fundamental hand sketching techniques to articulate and convey architectural ideas with clarity.
• Software Utilization:
Acquire proficiency in 2D/3D modeling software, including CAD, Sketchup, Revit, Rhino, and V-Ray/Lumion, for the creation of architectural elements.
• Technical Proficiency:
Assist in the preparation of construction documents and detailed drawings under the guidance of senior architects.
Your Qualifications (Skills Competency):
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of relevant project experience or internships in architectural firms.
