Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and refine design concepts and plans. :
- Coordinate the integration of architectural designs with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems. :
- Ensure that designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards. :
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. :
- Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and contractors throughout the design process. :
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications. :
- Review architectural drawings and specifications for accuracy and completeness. :
- Address any design-related issues or conflicts that may arise during the project. :
- Maintain organized documentation and records of project-related information.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Architectural Engineering, or related field. :
- Previous experience in architectural design coordination or project management. :
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp. :
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices. :
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. :
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Professional licensure or certification in architecture or project management. :
- Experience working on projects in a specific industry or sector (e.g., commercial, residential, healthcare).
