Key Responsibilities: • Create visually stunning and realistic 3D renderings for architectural and interior design projects. • Translate design concepts into engaging visual narratives that showcase the project's aesthetic and functional aspects. • Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project goals and requirements. • Incorporate feedback from the design team to refine and enhance visualizations. Requirements: • Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Experience: • Proven experience as an Architectural 3D Visualizer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects. • Familiarity with AutoCAD 2D drawings and their integration into 3D visualizations. • Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar tools.
