Architectural 3D Designer

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the conceptualization and development of architectural and interior design concepts.
• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations.
• Develop design presentations, mood boards, and material palettes for client presentations.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and project teams to refine design solutions.
• Ensure designs align with project objectives, spatial planning, and aesthetic standards.
• Support the preparation of working drawings and design documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and consultants for materials, finishes, and specifications.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and innovative design practices.
• Incorporate sustainability and functionality into design solutions where applicable.
Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Design.
• 1–4 years of experience in architectural or interior design roles.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of space planning, building design principles, and material selection.
• Ability to produce high-quality design drawings and visualizations.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working on commercial, hospitality, or residential projects.
• Knowledge of building codes, construction detailing, and site coordination.
• Experience in 3D rendering and presentation development.
• Exposure to interior design and spatial planning concepts.
