Position Overview :
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Design Development :
- Create innovative and functional architectural and interior design concepts.
- Develop space plans, layouts, and conceptual drawings aligned with client requirements.
- 3D Rendering and Visualization :
- Produce high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations to showcase designs effectively.
- Utilize advanced rendering software to present realistic visuals to clients.
- Project Estimation and BOQ Preparation :
- Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and project cost estimates.
- Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- On-Time Delivery and Time Commitment :
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Maintain a strict adherence to project timelines and milestones.
- Material Knowledge :
- Have a strong understanding of materials, finishes, and furnishings used in architecture and interior design.
- Source and recommend appropriate materials based on project requirements.
- Client Handling :
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
- Present designs, address queries, and provide solutions to meet client expectations.
- Survey of Existing Properties :
- Conduct site surveys to assess existing structures and gather measurements.
- Ensure accurate documentation of site conditions for project planning.
- Detailed Drawings and Documentation :
- Prepare detailed working drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and technical details.
- Develop comprehensive scheme drawings to guide project execution.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
