Full job description
Roles Responsibilities:

 Create and develop architectural designs and concepts for various projects.

 Produce detailed drawings, plans, sections, elevations and specifications using computer aided

design (CAD) software.

 Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information necessary for design development.

 Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success.

 Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide design

solutions accordingly.

 Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are

adhered to.

 Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies to incorporate

into designs.

 Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and project

correspondence.

Qualification:

 Bachelor of Architecture degree or a Master of Architecture degree

 4+ years of post-graduate, professional firm experience

Skills:

 Proficient in AutoCAD

 Computer proficiency in Revit will be an advantage

 Expertise in hand drawing and designing, including colour rendering

 Excellent written, verbal, and visual communications and presentation skills

 Experience in producing construction documents

 Strong design and graphics skills

 Ability to multi-task and work well under deadlines

 Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,284.17 - ₹60,+34.+1 per month
