Role Summary

We are hiring a qualified Architect to join our planning team in Surat. This role is ideal for someone with a strong command of AutoCAD (2D 3D) and experience in preparing layouts in accordance with SUDA (Surat Urban Development Authority) or other urban development regulations in Gujarat. The architect will support early-stage land planning, feasibility drawings, and coordinate with consultants and authorities as needed.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare detailed 2D/3D AutoCAD drawings for plotting schemes, residential and commercial layouts.
• Conduct land-use analysis and apply GDCR (General Development Control Regulations) for site feasibility.
• Provide initial concept plans to evaluate development options: plotting vs. commercial vs. residential.
• Assist in zoning assessment, FSI calculations, setback planning, road alignment, and space allocation.
• Work closely with the internal investment team to assess development potential of new land parcels.
• Liaise with local authorities or consultants for regulatory compliance when required.

Qualifications Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in real estate or urban development projects.
• Strong skills in AutoCAD (2D 3D).
• Familiarity with SUDA, AUDA, GUDA, or similar urban authority regulations.
• Understanding of planning rules, TP schemes, and development control norms.
• Based in Surat or willing to relocate.
