WE'RE HIRING: ARCHITECT REAL ESTATE & VISUALIZATION
Jaipur Full-Time On-Site
Experience: 2–5 Years
At Nine Degree, we believe architecture is more than creating spaces, it's about shaping experiences, influencing customer perception, and bringing projects to life.
We are looking for an Architect who wants to move beyond conventional architectural practice and work at the intersection of architecture, visualization, customer experience, and real estate marketing.
This role is ideal for architects who enjoy design coordination, visualization, mood boards, storytelling, and creating meaningful experiences, not just drawings and execution.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Architectural Ownership & Project Understanding
• Study and understand plans, layouts, elevations, sections, and design intent.
• Develop a deep understanding of project layouts, amenities, circulation, and customer experience.
• Identify opportunities that enhance project presentation and marketability.
• Act as the architectural owner for assigned projects.
Visualization & Design Coordination
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and external visualization partners.
• Review renders, walkthroughs, and presentation assets for design accuracy and quality.
• Create mood boards, design references, and material palettes.
• Ensure visual outputs align with approved plans and project objectives.
Experience Design
• Contribute to the development of Experience Centre, Site Offices, Sample Apartments, Sales Galleries, Exhibition Booths, and Event Installations.
• Create customer journey concepts and spatial experiences that align with project positioning.
Architectural Storytelling & Marketing Support
• Translate architectural concepts into customer-friendly narratives.
• Support the development of brochures, presentations, websites, and marketing assets.
• Work closely with strategy, branding, and marketing teams to bring projects to life.
AI & Innovation
• Explore and adopt AI tools for visualization and content creation.
• Create concept visuals, mood imagery, and design explorations.
• Help establish AI-powered workflows within architecture and design.
Project Coordination
• Manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Coordinate deliverables across internal teams and external partners.
• Ensure timelines, documentation, and quality standards are maintained throughout project execution.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• B.Arch with 2–5 years of experience.
• Experience in architecture, visualization, interior design, real estate, or experiential design.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, planning principles, and design concepts.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools and workflows is a plus.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to think beyond design and understand how architecture influences customer experience and project positioning.
