Architect – Luxury Hotel & High-End Residential Projects

About the rolePrisim Architecture & Interior Design Studio is seeking a full‑time Architect to join its Jaipur office. The role focuses on creating innovative designs for luxury hotel and high‑end residential projects, from concept through construction. You will work closely with clients, consultants and contractors to deliver sustainable, high‑quality spaces.Key responsibilitiesDevelop architectural concepts and detailed design solutions for luxury hospitality and residential projects.Prepare construction drawings, specifications and design presentations using BIM/CAD tools.Coordinate with clients, internal design teams, consultants and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations and sustainability standards.Support project management activities, including schedule tracking, deliverable coordination and quality control.Participate in design reviews, material selection and integration of new technologies.Required profileProfessional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.Strong background in architectural design, concept development, space planning and detailing.Experience or strong interest in luxury hospitality or high‑end residential projects.Excellent communication, collaboration and problem‑solving abilities.Attention to detail and a client‑focused mindset.Required skillsProficiency with AutoCAD.Experience using Revit.Knowledge of SketchUp.Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.Understanding of BIM workflows.
