Role Description This full-time, on-site Architect – Hospital/Healthcare role is based in Hyderabad and focuses on planning, designing, and coordinating healthcare facility projects. The architect will develop functional layouts and architectural designs for hospitals and healthcare centres, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and clinical workflows. Day-to-day tasks include working with medical stakeholders to understand requirements, preparing design drawings and documentation, collaborating with engineering and construction teams, and overseeing design execution throughout the project lifecycle. The role also involves integrating healthcare equipment and technology considerations into designs, managing project timelines and deliverables, and participating in review meetings to address design changes and improvements. A part of the job will be to support business development team.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in hospital or healthcare facility projects.
• Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
• Experience with CAD/BIM tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and familiarity with healthcare building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical staff, engineers, contractors, and vendors to align design with operational needs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to workflow efficiency and patient-centered design.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field; professional licensure or registration is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or hospital projects in India and understanding of local regulatory requirements is an advantage.
