Job description:

- The Architect will manage the Interior / Architectural Design project. Will plan, interpret, organize, schedule and manage projects through all phases of developments.

-Will oversee design development, whilst also attending site visits and GFC drawings details. Establish and monitor budgets. The candidate should demonstrate experience in all phases of architecture and coordination with engineering services.

Desired profile of the candidate

B.ARCH from a premier Institute with 2-8 years of experience in Designing mid size large projects- especially IT Corporate interiors sector.

Should be proficient in using AutoCAD , Sketchup and Photoshop .

Creativity and technical expertise shall be given highest weightage.

Must have ability to manage multiple priorities and desire to achieve high standards and goals.

Good Presentation skills and Client management skills are also required.

Level of designation : Non-Managerial designation with sound technical background.
