We strive to provide technical solutions to business challenges that provide our clients with cost-effective, end-to-end business intelligence platform and development solutions across the firm.Job DescriptionMicroStrategy consultant, must have strong experience in MicroStrategy SDK, Installations, Shell scripting for automation tasks, embed MicroStrategy Library within Web connectors. The individual should have knowledge on Web site designing and development and also other custom solutions requiring integration of MicroStrategy with custom code. This individual will perform as a contributing member of EBIT MicroStrategy Development and support teams. This person must have strong professional consulting skills and the ability to communicate well with the stakeholders. Must have MicroStrategy V 10.x experience. Good understanding of MicroStrategy Architecture like Web Data connectors, Rest API calls, troubleshooting logs and provide custom solutions.ResponsibilitiesMicroStrategy administrator must have strong experience in admin activities such as Installation, configuration, and version upgrade. This individual will perform as a contributing member of EBIT Support – MicroStrategy team to handle admin activities. This person must have strong professional consulting skills and the ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization.Plan enterprise server deployments, on premises and cloud-based.Install and configure MicroStrategy services. Should have a good Linux scripting knowledgeMicroStrategy Mobile implementationConfigure MicroStrategy Web Authentication options.Monitor, maintain, and scale server deployments to satisfy business requirements.Automate server monitoring and maintenance tasks.Investigate and resolve complex server issues.Perform server maintenance (backups, updates, restores, etc.). Monitor server performance and usage.Manage all platform, users, groups, and securities.MicroStrategy Server AdministrationMicroStrategy Server ArchitectureEffective Troubleshooting analysis and diagnosticsRequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalentCertifications If Any: Good to have MicroStrategy certification but not mandatoryExperience Range: 8 to 12 yearsFoundational skills: MicroStrategy Administrator/Architect, Linux ScriptingDesired skills: Cloud computation and AnsibleWork Timings: 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM and 12:30 PM to +:30 PM (two shifts on rotation basis)Job Location: Mumbai, Chennai, Gurugram, GIFT, Hyderabad
