Duties
Assisting dentists during various dental procedures and treatments
Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are sterilised and ready for use
Providing support to patients, including explaining procedures and ensuring their comfort
Maintaining accurate patient records using IT systems
Ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the clinical environment
Supporting with administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling and patient correspondence
Adhering to health and safety protocols, including infection control standards
Learning and developing skills related to patient care, infection control, and dental procedures through ongoing training
Qualifications
Basic understanding of patient care principles and a genuine interest in healthcare
Good command of English, both written and verbal
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members
Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment
IT literacy, including familiarity with computer systems for record keeping and administration
Prior experience in nursing or healthcare is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
Ability to work as part of a team with a professional attitude and willingness to learn
