Appointment setting by phone

We are looking for an experienced appointment setter to call inbound leads generated from Facebook ads. We have a script but open to improvements

These are people who have requested information about retirement planning, retirement income, or related financial topics. Your job will be to call leads quickly as they come in, qualify them, and book appointments with our office.
• *Responsibilities:**
• Call new Facebook leads in real time during U.S. hours
• Follow up by phone, text, and/or voicemail when needed
• Qualify prospects based on basic retirement-planning criteria
• Book qualified prospects into our calendar
• Keep clear notes on each lead
• Work professionally and consistently
• *Important Details:**
• You cannot call leads before 8:00 a.m. in their local time zone
• U.S. hours required
• Experience calling is required, but experience with financial products is not needed
• If you already have a dialer, great
• If you need a dialer, let us know and we may be able to provide one
• *Ideal Candidate:**
• Strong spoken English
• Comfortable calling leads quickly
• Good at building trust over the phone
• Reliable, organized, and responsive
• Able to follow a script but still sound natural
• Experience booking appointments from paid leads is a major plus
