Job Description
This is a commission-only role. Apply only if you’re comfortable being paid on results.
We’re seeking a high-performing appointment setter to handle inbound patient enquiries and secure committed consultations with Australian dental clinics.
Pay
$150 per attended appointment
No income cap
Paid on results
The role
Speak with inbound patient leads
Qualify, educate, and book consultations
Handle objections confidently
Reduce no-shows through strong communication
Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups
Requirements
Australian-based or clear Australian accent
Confident phone communicator
Comfortable owning the conversation from start to finish
Reliable, professional, and accountable
Not suitable if
You want fixed wages
You need constant direction
You’re uncomfortable with commission-only work
