Position: Digital Marketing Sr. Associate
Overview: We are seeking a proactive and skilled Digital Marketing Sr. Associate to join our team. This individual will lead key projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication across all levels. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, project management expertise, and comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies and execution, with a specific focus on managing relationships with external stakeholders and enhancing the social brand of the business.
Responsibilities:
- -Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- -Manage end-to-end digital marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance.
- -Serve as the Key Account Manager, handling relationships with external stakeholders and ensuring their marketing needs are met.
- -Oversee and manage the social brand of the business, including content creation and social media management.
- -Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, utilizing tools for email campaigns and tracking their effectiveness.
- -Utilize email management skills to ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
- -Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns, bringing innovative ideas and strategies to the table.
- -Oversee graphics and video requirements, including storyboarding and ensuring high-quality content creation.
- -Analyze and report on campaign performance, utilizing data to inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing initiatives.
- -Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- -Have a good understanding of tools for email campaigns, social media, graphics, and video.
Qualifications Experience:
- -Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- -3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful project management.
- -Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- -Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
- -Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- -Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including those for email campaigns, social media, graphics, and video.
- -Good understanding of graphics and video requirements, including storyboarding.
