Job Description
A little about the role
We are recruiting a casual Client Services Representative to work on our busy call centre. You will ensure smooth service delivery as the first point of contact. Service must be delivered in a professional, proficient and caring manner to staff members and clients of DPV Health.
The Client Services Representative Team Member will take calls for Allied Health, Dental services and general enquiries. As the first point of contact for DPV clients you will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner. You will be required to book, cancel and reschedule appointments and handle general enquiry questions.
This position is three days a week Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8.00-16.30 however you may be required to work on other days if there are staff shortages.
Desired Skills and Experience
About you
Applicants must have significant customer service call centre experience, a high level of competency in Microsoft Office Products and highly developed communication and problem-solving skills to manage complex enquiries. Knowledge of Titanium and Trakcare a bonus. Arabic speaking desired but not essential. Your ability to adapt to new information technology systems as well as your ability to relate well with clients and staff will be highly valuable for this position.
