Role is with a leading investment bank. The individual will be joining an existing team and will assume day-to-day responsibilities which will contribute towards business management, performance monitoring, managing infrastructure/processes which support EMEA Investment Banking as well as managing key projects that are critical for the growth and day-to-day operation of the franchise.
Job Description:
- Supporting the Advisory & Coverage team on a day to day basis, including preparation of presentation, business planning, market and competitor analysis and staff management matters
- Liaising with IB bankers on a wide ranging number of admin tasks to support them in the ongoing management of their groups, including pipeline management and project approval process
- Administrator for Business Acceptance Committee for M&A and Equity Advisory
- Working closely with Finance on pipeline reporting, revenue performance, forecasting and ad hoc analysis
- Developing MIS using Salesforce and Business Objects, to support alignment of resources to clients opportunities
- Maintain monthly MI for EMEA Investment Banking Senior Advisors
- Partnering with Technology, Operations, Finance and other Corporate functions on day to day issues
