Job Description
Location: Surat, Gujarat (Onsite — full time) Experience: 3+ years working hands-on with AI/LLMs
About the role
We're looking for an Applied AI Engineer who lives inside the tools — someone who has spent the last few years actually shipping with LLMs, not just reading about them. You'll design and build AI workflows and automations that real teams depend on every day, using Claude, ChatGPT, MCP servers, and Python.
This is a builder's role. If you get a genuine kick out of turning a messy manual process into a clean automated one, you'll enjoy it here.
What you'll do
Design, build, and maintain AI-powered automations and internal workflows end to end
Build and integrate MCP servers and connectors to plug Claude into our tools and data
Work across the Claude ecosystem — Claude Chat, Claude Code, Cowork, and the Anthropic API — to solve real business problems
Build and tune RAG pipelines: chunking, embeddings, retrieval, evaluation, and iteration
Design, deploy, and monitor AI agents that handle multi-step tasks reliably
Write production Python — APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and orchestration logic
Own prompt engineering as a discipline: versioning, testing, measuring, and improving quality
Deploy and scale services on Google Cloud
Use AI image generation tools for product, marketing, and internal creative needs
Evaluate new models and tools as they land, and make a clear call on what's worth adopting
What we're looking for
Must have
3+ years of hands-on experience building with AI/LLMs in a professional setting
Strong Python skills — you can build and ship without hand-holding
Real, demonstrable experience with Claude and ChatGPT at an advanced level
Proven work with RAG systems and AI agents (not just tutorials — things you shipped)
Solid prompt engineering instincts, backed by evaluation rather than vibes
Experience with MCPs or comparable tool/function-calling integrations
Working knowledge of Google Cloud (Cloud Run, Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, or similar)
Comfortable working onsite in Surat, five days a week
Nice to have
Experience with Claude Code and Cowork for agentic development workflows
Familiarity with AI image generation tools and workflows
A public portfolio: GitHub, side projects, or automations you've built and shipped
