Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
Must have skills : PeopleSoft PeopleTools
Good to have skills : PeopleSoft Development
Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : BE or BTech Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in PeopleSoft PeopleTools to develop efficient and effective solutions for our organization. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance our applications and processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements.
- Design and develop applications using PeopleSoft PeopleTools.
- Configure and customize applications to meet specific business needs.
- Perform unit testing and debugging of applications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PeopleSoft PeopleTools.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with PeopleSoft Development.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable applications.
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft modules and functionality.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex application issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in PeopleSoft PeopleTools.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
