Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Hands-on QA Lead role with either previous experience of leading a QA team or a desire to move into this role
• Passionate about QA
• Working with external suppliers
• Writing high-level test plans and QA strategy documents
• Proven experience in testing desktop applications
• Working in an agile team using Scrum or Kanban
• Experience of reviewing unit tests
• Be customer facing
• You'll be up-to-date and an avid follower of trends and current standards
• To provide leadership and guidance to your test team on best practice, plus develop and agree on realistic training and development plans

Required
• Should have 2-5 years of experience.
• Should be involved in Design and documenting formal Test Procedures and Test Plans. Knowledge & experience in Manual Test Cases, Test Scenarios Development, Scripting.
• Should have experience in Agile methodologies.
• Should provide technical testing support during the SDLC, using SQL reporting tools to test data processing through applications and networks.
• Organizational and time management abilities
• Jira and Confluence tooling experience is a must
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving and decision making.
• Proven experience in testing desktop applications
