Introduction:
Voice Solutions APAC Lead is responsible for working with a team of internal and external partners to deliver complex voice solutions in alignment with our business needs and overall network strategy.
The applicant selected for the role will be expected to work with key stakeholders to ascertain business requirements and manage inbound demand while managing internal and vendor resources to deliver against this demand.
You will be expected to act as the voice SME in the APAC region acting as technical authority for all APAC voice SDD deliverables whilst also fostering a close relationship to key stakeholders ensuring that escalations and project delivery blockers are managed effectively.
What will you be doing?

• Working with stakeholders to ascertain business requirements
• Creation of design documentation
