1. Should be strong in Java andor kotlin fundamentals
2. Should be strong in Android concepts
3. Should have exposure of newly introduced android components, jetpack libraries etc.
4. Good to have exposure of building design patterns
5. Good to have exposure in unit testing
6. Good to have exposure in MVVM design pattern
