Job Description
SentientGeeks is looking for an Android Developer who possesses a passion for pushing mobile technologies to the limits. This Android app developer will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of our mobile applications
Responsibilities:
Developing Android apps for our products.Work on a full product development lifecycle from requirement gathering, product design, development, to roll out, and maintenance.Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Strong knowledge of OOPS design concepts and patternsExperience in creating Activities / Services / inter-process communication in Android.Good understanding of multi-threading concepts hands on experience in UI layout and components creationOwn the delivery of multiple features of the product end to end while hands-on in development as wellAdvocate best development practices such as continuous integration/continuous delivery, automation (testing and infrastructure) and code modularity, extensibility, qualityExperience in building Apps from Scratch is a big plus
Skills and Qualifications:
Write clean, solid, and testable code while keeping the user experience fast and reliableStrong understanding of SOLID principles and Object-Oriented Programming LanguagesProficient in Java, Javascript, J2EE, Nodejs, Angular JS/React JS.Knowing Kotlin and SQLLite will be added advantage.Excellent skills in Android Developer using Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, and Android NDK.Experience in design patterns mobile architecture using frameworks such as MVVM/MVC/MVP.Familiarity with Restful APIs to effectively integrate Android applications.Proficient in understanding code versioning tools such as Git.Familiarity with various testing tools.Added Advantages: Hybrid Framework such as Flutter, React Native.Creative, self-motivated, dedicated, good team player, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Fluent in English Communication.
Preference:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Android Development.Good verbal communication skills to connect with clients.Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision.Good Team player and is capable to handle deliveries under quick timelines.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
