Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Leverage PowerBI, Databricks, Snowflake, Python, and SQL to provide data insights on software development status across the organization.
• Optimize the use of Jira Dashboard across teams and streams for consistent data reporting.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders of the Technology Centre of Excellence to understand and cater to data needs.
• Facilitate the use of our Data Platform to serve data to PowerBI
• Enable data-driven decision-making, delivering insights and reports.
• Maintain the integrity and reliability of our data systems, implementing appropriate security measures and performing regular system checks.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in data & analytics
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Data Engineer, Data Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Advanced skills in PowerBI, Databricks, Snowflake, Python, and SQL.
• Familiarity with data systems such as JIRA
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modelling, and ETL processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in a Centre of Excellence or in an Agile development organization would be advantageous
