Unique opportunity for Workplace Relations professionals to join the Deloitte Workplace Integrity Team in Melbourne!

What will your typical day look like?
As an Analyst in our team, you will play a pivotal role influencing, advising and supporting our clients across a diverse range of industries including ASX listed, government and private companies.

You will engage with clients every day to develop an understanding of their strategic challenges, opportunities and how you can help them. Through your workplace relations insights and expertise, you will help your clients to align their workplace relations strategy to their organisational strategy, navigate organisational transformation and change, and manage regulatory risk and compliance with workplace relations obligations. This might include working with your team mates to develop:
workplace relations and enterprise bargaining strategies;
workplace relations and payroll compliance and remediation;
frameworks, processes controls to enable sustainable workplace relations compliance.
You will have an opportunity to work with a group of highly experienced and supportive workplace relations practitioners, giving you an opportunity to grow your expertise and skills.

About the team
The Workplace Integrity team is a part of Deloitte's Strategy, Risk Transactions team in Australia.

The Workplace Integrity team combines practitioners with deep workplace relations expertise and advanced data analytics skills to support clients to navigate the evolving workplace regulatory landscape and identify innovative opportunities to make a real impact for our clients.

You will join a large team of passionate and innovative workplace relations practitioners with diverse experience across professional services, industry and government, all working together to support our clients to solve their most complex workplace relations challenges.

We are looking for talented people with a passion for workplace relations and a natural curiosity to solve complex client problems aligned with business strategies and supported by data.

You are smart, agile, open-minded, and will be pragmatic in your interactions with our diverse range of stakeholders. You have practical experience interpreting workplace relations legislation and are adept at translating complex, technical information into simple, understandable concepts that all stakeholders can relate to.

Above all, you are someone with the utmost integrity, who holds confidentiality and discretion at your core.

You may have all or some of the following skills and experience:
Experience in workplace relations;
Strong knowledge of Australian workplace relations laws;
Excellent eye for detail and ability to think logically, critically and to solve problems with a risk lens;
Demonstrated ability to think ‘outside the box’;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in particular, the ability to contextualise and communicate complex concepts accurately and in terms which all stakeholders can relate to;
A collaborative and consultative approach to teamwork with a natural curiosity for new ideas and perspectives to achieve innovative solutions; and
Tertiary qualifications in industrial relations, employee relations human resource management or labour/employment law.
