Analyst Specialist Marketing amp Communications

Job Purpose:-

Group Strategic Marketing & Communications is responsible for building, protecting, and enhancing the DBS brand in an increasingly commoditized banking industry. Working closely with all units within the DBS Group, we create and execute integrated strategies that focus on communications, marketing and customer focus to differentiate - and elevate - our brand from the rest of the competition.

The role-holder is expected to collaborate closely with multiple departments in the bank on strategic internal communication and events.

Key Accountabilities:

Planning & projects:
• In charge of keeping employees updated on key messages internally across businesses, support functions and company strategy
• Work closely with Singapore and other markets to align regional messages
• Work closely with HR and Strategy teams on employee engagement and dissemination of important communications
• Draft, deploy and track performance of coms across internal channels - company intranet mailers, Teams, Whatsapp, etc.
• Assist with content writing for DBS India spokespersons for external and internal engagements
• Organize internal events like CEO townhalls, including coordination with all departments for content, along with event management
• Support GSMC teams on large scale initiatives (brand/ content/ sustainability)

Team wide
• Independently coordinate and schedule GSMC team events – townhalls, intra department catchups, L&D sessions, offsites
• Required Experience:
• 2+ years experience in Marketing and communication
• Education / Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA/ Masters in Marketing + Comms
• Core Competencies:
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Knowledge of communication tools, methods
• Ability to strategize, conceptualize and execute marketing strategies
• Ability to collaborate with local and regional teams
• Sound understanding of Marketing techniques, media (all), creative and integration with Business
