Analyst - Digital Technology

About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Product Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in driving successful product initiatives by closely collaborating with the Product Owner and Head of Digital Transformation to support the development and execution of our digital transformation strategy.Key Responsibilities:Product Requirements Definition:Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Conduct user interviews and workshops to understand user needs and pain points.Create and maintain product roadmaps and release plans.Data Analysis & Reporting:Track and analyse key product metrics, such as user engagement, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate product performance to stakeholders.Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.Project Support:Assist in the planning and execution of product releases and updates.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and proactively address them.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Business functions, technical teams, Vendor partners) to ensure successful product delivery.Stay Updated:Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies related to digital product development.Continuously learn and develop new skills to enhance your analytical and problem-solving abilities.Qualifications:Education: Bachelors degree in business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience: 1-2 years of experience in product management, product analysis, or a related field.Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionableinsights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau) and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile).A strong understanding of user-cantered design principles and best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong work ethic.A passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.Key Traits:Accountability: Takes ownership of their work and delivers high-quality results on time.Business Acumen: Understands the business context and how product decisions impact the bottom line.Analytical Mindset: Thinks critically, identifies patterns, and draws insightful conclusions from data.Eagerness to Learn: Continuously seeks new knowledge and skills to improve their performance.Get-It-Done Attitude: Proactive, resourceful, and determined to overcome challenges and achieve objectives.
