Job Description
In this role, you will:
Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution across enterprise applications.
Support application changes, enhancements, and deployments across DEV/TEST/PROD environments.
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and configure system solutions.
Participate in application implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure solutions align with established processes, data standards, and best practices.
Required:
bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related discipline;
three to five years of experience supporting enterprise applications;
experience administering on-premise and/or cloud-based platforms;
strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills in a structured IT support environment;
experience working within controlled change management processes;
ability to translate business requirements into system configurations; and
strong understanding of end-to-end business process impacts.
Recommended:
relevant industry or product certifications;
prior experience in SAP S4 HANA (or desire to learn);
exposure to AI-enabled applications, tools, or data platforms;
basic scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python); and
project coordination or business analyst experience.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $107,000 per annum*
