Location: Bangalore, India Experience: 412 years Domain: Aerospace / Technical PublicationsRole Overview:We are looking for experienced AMM (Aircraft Maintenance Manual) Authors and Proofreaders to join our Technical Publications team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in authoring and reviewing maintenance documentation for Airbus aircraft, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.Key Responsibilities:Author and update Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM) in accordance with ATA iSpec 2200 / S1000D standards.Review and proofread AMM content for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with Airbus guidelines.Interpret engineering drawings, service bulletins, and design data to create precise maintenance instructions.Ensure adherence to Airbus quality standards and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with engineering, design, and quality teams for technical validation.Perform consistency checks and maintain version control of documentation.Required Skills & Qualifications:412 years of experience in Technical Publications for aerospace domain.Hands-on experience in AMM authoring and proofreading.Strong knowledge of ATA iSpec 2200 / S1000D standards.Familiarity with tools like Arbortext Editor, XML authoring tools, and CMS systems.Ability to interpret engineering drawings, IPC, and maintenance procedures.Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working on Airbus programs.Knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance practices.Education:Bachelors degree in Aeronautical / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.Employment Type:Full-time
