Job Description (JD) – AMC & Service Incharge (STP/ETP Plants) Position: AMC & Service Incharge – STP/ETP Department: Service & Maintenance Location: As per project sites Office: Hesaghatta Job Summary Responsible for operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) under Monthly Maintenance Contracts (AMC). Ensure smooth plant operation, timely preventive maintenance, customer support, and compliance with environmental standards. Key Responsibilities * Perform routine inspection, operation, and maintenance of STP/ETP systems. * Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of pumps, blowers, motors, dosing systems, and control panels. * Monitor plant performance and optimize treatment efficiency. * Collect and analyze water samples and maintain operational records. * Attend customer complaints and provide prompt technical support. * Prepare AMC service reports and maintenance schedules. * Coordinate with clients regarding service visits, spare requirements, and plant performance. * Assist in commissioning and trial runs of newly installed plants. * Identify and recommend improvements for plant operation and energy efficiency. * Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Qualifications * Diploma / ITI /Mechanical, Electrical or related field. * 1-3years of experience in STP/ETP operation and maintenance preferred. * Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered for junior positions.
