About the Job Role
As a Voice Process Assistant, you will be supporting customers over voice calls by answering questions, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information. Your job is to provide professional, timely support to every customer in accordance with Amazon customer service standards.
Since this is an voice process, candidates should be comfortable communicating in English and handling conversations with customers from different regions. This opportunity is for freshers also, as the organization provides training to make the new employees understand the work process.
Working from home allows you to perform your duties remotely while remaining connected with your team through online communication tools.
Main Responsibilities
As a customer support team member, your daily duties might involve:
• Answer incoming customer calls in a professional manner.
