• Assist in various operational tasks such as customer service, inventory management, and content moderation.
• Communicate with customers via email, chat, or phone to resolve inquiries and provide support.
• Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor online transactions and processes to ensure compliance with Amazon standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management, ensuring flexibility and a proactive approach to work.
• Required Qualifications:
• No prior experience required; we will provide comprehensive training.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with internet browsing, email communication, and Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
• High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Must have reliable internet access and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
• A positive and proactive attitude with a passion for learning.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus, but not required.
