Job Summary:
Amazon India is urgently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated freshers to join our Fulfillment Center team in a work-from-home, full-time role. Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer orders using Amazons digital platform from the comfort of your home.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Amazons product inventory and fulfillment protocols.
• Coordinate with various teams, including warehouse staff and logistics, to ensure timely order dispatch.
• Monitor and resolve order discrepancies, ensuring a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Support the tracking and management of product stock, updating records accordingly.
• Adhere to Amazons high safety and operational standards while meeting daily productivity targets.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Educational Qualification: Minimum qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent. Freshers are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of computer operation and familiarity with using the internet.
