Job Description
:
• * Accurately process customer orders using Amazons digital platform from the comfort of your home.
• * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Amazons product inventory and fulfillment protocols.
• * Coordinate with various teams, including warehouse staff and logistics, to ensure timely order dispatch.
• * Monitor and resolve order discrepancies, ensuring a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• * Support the tracking and management of product stock, updating records accordingly.
• * Adhere to Amazons high safety and operational standards while meeting daily productivity targets.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• * Educational Qualification: Minimum qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent. Freshers are welcome.
• * Basic knowledge of computer operation and familiarity with using the internet.
• * Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
• * Ability to work independently in a home environment while maintaining high productivity levels.
