Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Amazon AMS Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns on Amazon. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising (AMS/PPC), a strong understanding of performance metrics, and the ability to drive ROI-focused growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, and manage Amazon advertising campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
• Perform in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign structuring
• Optimize bids, budgets, targeting, and placements to maximize ROI and reduce ACOS
• Monitor key metrics such as ROAS, ACOS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates
• Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining profitability
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, listings, and targeting strategies
• Collaborate with content/design teams to improve product listings and ad creatives
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and reports
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns (Prime Day, seasonal sales, etc.)
• Stay updated with Amazon Ads trends, tools, and algorithm changes
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon PPC / AMS campaign management
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central / Advertising Console
• Expertise in Sponsored Ads (Products, Brands, Display)
• Solid understanding of performance metrics (ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR)
• Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and reporting
• Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar (preferred)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with multiple SKUs or large catalogs
• Knowledge of Amazon SEO and listing optimization
• Experience in eCommerce, D2C brands, or digital marketing agencies
