viewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager / Manager – Sales & Marketing to drive sales growth, develop new markets, strengthen customer relationships, and achieve business objectives within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should possess strong business development skills and experience in industrial or welding produ
cts.
Key Responsibil
• itiesAchieve sales and revenue targets for the assigned territory/
• zone.Develop new markets, customers, distributors, and industry segm
• ents.Generate new business opportunities and expand market s
• hare.Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, OEMs, and key custo
• mers.Conduct product presentations, customer visits, welding trials, and technical demonstrat
• ions.Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfac
• tion.Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements to identify growth opportuni
• ties.Resolve customer concerns promptly and ensure excellent after-sales sup
• port.Analyze sales performance, prepare MIS reports, forecasts, and business p
• lans.Support and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational g
oals.
Desired Candidate P
• rofileBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (MBA prefe
• rred).5–10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within Welding Consumables, Industrial Products, Steel, Engineering, Metal, Fabrication, or Manufacturing indus
• tries.Strong understanding of channel sales, dealer/distributor management, and industrial
• sales.Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management s
• kills.Proficient in MS Excel, sales reporting, and data ana
• lysis.Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned terr
itory.
