Roles and Responsibilities
Major Responsibilities:
Conducts weekly meetings with respective Clusters.
Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and
policies.
Recruitment for various roles within the Cluster
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective
investigations
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and
increase productivity and retention.
Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Identifies training needs for the Cluster and individual executive coaching needs.
Improving and monitoring employee productivity.
Structuring compensation and benefit packages.
Managing staff wellness initiatives.
Improving relations between staff and employers.
Evaluating staffing needs.
Managing and allocating HR funds.
