Job Description:
Clove Dental is seeking a dynamic and proactive AM-Below-the-Line (BTL) to join our team. As an AM-BTL, you will be responsible for executing various marketing activities aimed at enhancing brand visibility and generating leads for our dental health services. You will play a crucial role in organizing and overseeing dental health checkup camps, as well as coordinating hyper-local activations to engage our target audience effectively. Responsibilities:
1. Source venues for conducting Dental Health Checkup camps in Residential Welfare Associations (RWA), Corporate offices, Banks, School/ Colleges, Joggers Parks, etc.
2. Utilize knowledge of the area to map out strategic locations within the respective zone for maximum impact.
3. Lead and manage a team to effectively execute the planned activities, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery.
4. Implement hyper-local activations such as flyer insertion, door-to-door flyer distribution, canopy activations, and health talks to boost brand visibility for focus clinics.
5. Record all lead data generated from BTL activations into the ERP software for further analysis and follow-up.
6. Strategize and execute activities for the launch of new clinics, providing support until they achieve mature infrastructure status.
7. Coordinate with the Supply Chain Management team to ensure timely procurement of required collaterals and consumables for monthly activities.
8. Address grievances and concerns of BTL team members, providing necessary support and guidance to ensure productivity.
9. Maintain and update daily performance trackers to monitor the effectiveness of BTL activities and identify areas for improvement.
10. Take ownership of the BTL profit and loss (P/L) for the assigned zone, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and maximizing ROI.
11. Possess a personal vehicle for efficient travel within the designated zone.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in BTL Marketing, preferably in the healthcare or related industry.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
3. Sound organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
4. Proficiency in using ERP software and Microsoft Office suite for data management and reporting purposes.
5. Knowledge of local market dynamics and consumer behaviour to tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
6. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
7. Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for travel within the designated zone.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
