Allied Health Team Leader

The Allied Health Team Leader oversees multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, coordinates patient care services, supports clinical quality initiatives, and ensures the effective delivery of community and primary healthcare programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise allied health professionals and support staff.
Coordinate patient care plans and service delivery.
Monitor clinical quality and patient outcomes.
Support workforce planning and staff development.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
Manage operational workflows and resource allocation.
Collaborate with GPs, nurses, and external healthcare providers.
Track service performance and prepare management reports.
Support quality improvement and health equity initiatives.
Pay: From $8,500.00 per month
