About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Develop minimum viable products based on machine learning
• Fetch datasets and clean the data to be used for model training
• Develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning models
• Build ML models to track facial movements, hand movements, body segmentation, hair segmentation, iris detection, etc.
• Work on image processing
• Transform the machine learning models into APIs that other applications can interact with
• Come up with improvements to machine-learning algorithms
• Utilize modern software development methodologies, and deploy software in production
• Work on advanced coding in various languages
• Coordinate with multiple teams internally and externally
• Conduct statistical analysis and interpret the results essential in the decision-making process for the organization
• Automate important infrastructure for the data science team
• Develop infrastructure for data transformation and ingestion
Requirements
• Knowledge of programming languages, preferably Python & R is necessary
• Domain knowledge in mathematics and statistics, linear algebra, and calculus is required
• Understand various frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, SciPy, NumPy, scikit-learn, and Apache Spark
