Job Title: AI/ML Analyst – Advanced
Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: Onsite/Hybrid
Experience: 5–8 Years
About the Role
We are looking for an AI/ML Analyst – Advanced with practical experience in AI/ML development and domain knowledge in Oil & Gas. You will work closely with business and IT teams to translate domain requirements into AI/ML models for improving operational efficiency, reducing downtime, and optimizing costs across E&P, O&M, Supply Chain, and HSE datasets.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in requirement gathering, elicitation, prioritization, and validation for AI/ML use cases related to E&P (Geophysics, Reservoir, Drilling), O&M, and HSE.
• Develop and validate machine learning models (classification, regression, clustering).
• Prepare and cleanse data, perform feature engineering, and support exploratory data analysis.
• Build and maintain data pipelines leveraging big data platforms like Spark and Databricks.
• Collaborate in AI/ML model deployment and maintenance, including automated retraining.
• Ensure adherence to AI governance, ethical use, and data security policies.
• Create dashboards and reports to measure KPIs such as downtime reduction and process optimization.
• Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5–8 years of AI/ML experience with some Oil & Gas industry exposure preferred.
• Proficient in Python, ML libraries, SQL/NoSQL, and big data technologies.
• Familiar with cloud ML platforms and MLOps fundamentals.
• Good documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
